    Lengthy but since there are not many positions in the consulting department, they are particular in having the right person fill the position. And especially because you deal with independent owners more so than office employees management focuses on how you engage the interviewer more so than the type of questions asked and answered.

    applied for the job online. the manager emailed back and gave me a call and we discussed some of my interests. scheduled a time for me to come into the club for an in-person interview. the in-person interview was fine. he took me on a tour of the facility and then we sat down in his office and talked about what the role would be and the pay structure. could have taken the job if i wanted it but i decided not to take it and pursue other opportunities

    Pretty simple as I was referred to the VP of Sales from a current GM. Set appointmen to meet at the Hollywood location. Sat down outside and had a conversation regarding my experience as a Sales Manager. Only had 3 locations at the time so I had to start as a Sales Counselor and help open new locations before getting my own location to run as a GM.

    The interview was very candid and informative. The interviewer offered great insight on what the position would entail and the culture facility and geographic location. The expectations of the individual that would be hired were clear and to the point. We interview was conducted in the cycling room which was a nice change of pace and then migrated to the office area.

    • I asked if I would be willing to relocate and how I felt about being considered for other positions. This shocked me because I didn't know that the interview was a talent sprout meeting.
