I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
on campus interview and then a super day with 3 people for about 30 minutes each. Although they have currently changed the process to include use of a software which they call hire vue. That's about it. It is pretty straightforward.
First round was a HireVue and then a Zoom Superday with 3 rounds of back to back 20 minute interviews. Overall was mostly behavioral questions and nothing too difficult but I did not get an offer after the superday.
Hirevue with 6 questions —> one technical rest behavioural, 90 secs to answer each. Then Superday, 3 interviews, in which my interviewer asked me complex option theory in a behavioural interview :(
