Interview
The interview was a set of two 45min sessions with 2 interviewers each. They had my CV and gave me a water bottle, paper and a pen to write if I wanted to. They were smiling and explained how the interview was going to unfold. The setting was a large room with good light. They asked a lot of questions on my CV, all my experiences and the roles I had in them. They did not ask one technical question, it was all about how I reacted to situations.

Currently waiting to take the online assessment. There are two options: a programming test or a programming plus math test. The programimng test contains 2 questions with a 120 minutes time limit, the combing test has 180 minutes.

The interview process includes four stages: a Hackerrank coding test, a HireVue video interview with pre-set questions, an in-person interview covering technical and behavioral aspects with senior analysts, and finally, an offer for the role.
