The Interview Process is as follows. I was first contacted and set up a Phone interview. I chatted with a nice HR person and then moved on to several zoom interviews

What would make you an ideal candidate for this role?
Telephone interview, they run through your CV and talk about technical skills. Applied online, relatively fast response to invite for an interview. Everything was sorted in space of 2 weeks
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs in Sep 2021
Interview
I only made it through the first round of interviews- 4 of them, 30 minute sessions with team leaders from the Compliance division. Technical and scenario based questions regarding handling trade errors, client complaints, difficult employee situations, and compliance program requirements. In one interview, the Goldman Sachs rep. talked most of the time (25 min). so it made it difficult to stand out to her.
