I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (London, England) in Oct 2009
Interview
Interviewers were aloof, expected me to be awed at GS. Questioning was thorough but without any real point. One interviewer was an extreme pedant and seemed outraged when I explained the difference between pure pedantry and getting a commercially viable solution in place. Overall the rest of the experience gave a professional air to the place but certainly not befitting the self righteous nature of the staff i encountered.
