HR clearly cares about the people. Four rounds of interviews at Superday and a team exercise. Very organised day. Interviews have a combination of technicals, competency and motivational based questions. Very passionate interviewers. Questions gets progressively more difficult until you are stuck.
very good, smooth process, enjoyable and interviewers were very helpful with any queries I had overall however questions were tricky and required explaining my thought process rather than actual answer or solution
