Good Samaritan Community Healthcare interview questions

At first, I had applied online and went in to the HR department for them to tell me that they were not going to hire me because I didn't have much experience. The HR director told me that she'll keep me on file and call me later in case they need me. About two months later I received a call to come in, and they gave me an interview. I had waited about ten minutes until they were ready, and the people were quite friendly. They were honest and frank, and asked me what would I do in certain situations. They were glad I was honest, but they never explained the wages neither did they explain if they would call me, or if I were to come back in and see if I got the job. That was the only part that was confusing.
