Good Start Packaging interview questions

30 min. phone interview with a guy from the High Tech industry that clearly has no knowledge of the hospitality industry. Talked about himself and his background, the company, asked me only one question about myself. Salary was heavily commission based and not advertised as such. Company is restructuring and he is building a new sales team; this company will no doubt be restructuring again soon with this guy running the show!
