The 1st interview via team, with 2 guys, 1st guy was a future teammate, he was nice but he told me he never did interview and didn't know what to ask.l, he explained me about how they were over booked and stressful. The 2nd guy was the team leader, he was not interested to listen or to know me, he said : "what did you know from the guy before?...okok, i know your kind of job... Ok if you explained everything to the guy before then we are done here" i finished the interview and i knew immediately it was not the Team wanted to get in.
