Couple phone interviews and quick response to whether they will proceed further. Interviewer not very engaging and job description giving was not the one they interviewed me for.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
