I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Had an initial phone screen with an external recruiting company. Reached out to me on LinkedIn. The overall process was smooth and efficient. Maybe a little too efficient. Felt like they have a perfect candidate they are looking for and any variance they may not go for it. Makes sense since there are many people who want to work for Google. Overall good experience so far.

I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
