Not a traditional tech background...so the HR focus a lot on why i want to transfer to this role...it takes about 30 minutes, the entire process is enjoyable and the HR introduced a lot about the general functions and responsibilities

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
