I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Google in Nov 2014
Interview
This is actually came a bit surprising to me. I got an email response the day after I applied for the position. Then we set up for the date of the interview, here the person contacting you might ask you to choose date from their calendar that suit your free time too.
The first interview is phone interview. This happened for about an hour. First, they just asked me a general questions, such as why I was interested to the position and what I know about advertising, and so on.
The next questions were about the detail industry of the position I was applying for.
Lastly, they asked me some case, and asked me to propose my solution.

Question 1
The interviewer asked one case that I didn't expect. They asked how many people used Google search engine on one particular day in the morning.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
