I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2022
Interview
Several steps. First contacted directly by a recruitment agent from Teleperformance, followed by a discovery call with a rep in google. From there, it was a three step interview process that ultimately resulted in an offer.

Question 1
Imagine you're going to hand over the "manager torch" to the next. What recommendations would you give him/her?
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
