During this interview for the associate product marketing manager role, a case interview took place during first round. The process had previously been described as the first round being informational. I was very confused.

It is a multi-stage process, starting with resume screening, moving to phone screens, then virtual "onsite" interviews (coding, system design, behavioral), and ending with a hiring committee review and team matching, It's structured, rigorous, often virtual, and uses collaborative platforms for problem-solving.

1. Recruiter call to understand your interest and fit for the role. The recruiter was very helpful in ensuring you are succesful for upcoming interviews by offering an interview prep session.
2. Two 45 minute interviews that are a mix of technical role related questions and behavioral questions.
3. A take home assignment.
