First a recruiter reached out to me. After expressing interest, there was a phone screen where the recruiter asked some brain teasers. Two one on one phone interviews followed that included practical questions to see how I solve common problems that you come across in sales. I didn't make it past phone interviews.

I only made it to the phone screen which was a run through of resume and one question. The question was “how would you open an ice cream shop” with no additional context. Google has a specific way they want you to respond and there’s tons of resources on how to answer.
