It was a phone screen, very well arranged by the recruiter. Someone called me from Europe - the connection was pretty bad (inaudible) - I believe he called via Skype to my mobile phone. After some 10 mins of repeated calling, the line got better.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
