5 interview stages. Reached till the 3rd one. Positive experience overall with Gorilla Professionals, though 3rd technical interview needs improvement. HR was excellent, communicative, detailed, and professional. The UK Manager delivered an outstanding 2nd interview with tailored questions, deep domain insights, and mutual knowledge exchange about UK energy markets.
The technical interview with the Solutions Architect felt passive and misaligned. Candidates prepare system architecture diagrams (Slackbot application using APIs), but ambiguous task wording led to mismatched expectations. The interviewer was working in parallel in something else, engagement dropped, long silences, minimal feedback, bonus questions ignored. Lastly and most importantly, technical questions felt disconnected from actual Implementation Consultant responsibilities.
