Completed an on-site interview with the Head of Managed Accounts and the Hiring Manager for Grab’s GrabFood (Managed Accounts) team. The session lasted around two hours and flowed smoothly overall, so I initially felt it went well. In hindsight, however, the interaction with the Head of Managed Accounts felt less conversational and more one-sided, with questions largely focused on extracting insights from my experience at my previous company
After the HR, you will need to do a case study and present to the hiring manager questions. But the time to present is short, given the case study details.
There are 2 rounds of interview. You get to meet the Hiring Manager first and if you meet the requirements, you will get the chance to meet the higher ups for further evaluation. Besides your career motivation, achievements, they also asked you some scenario based questions.
