I have been interviewed for 4 rounds, including HR screening. Last round was not that great as Interviewer was also from same profile & was trying to scare that this position is always challenging. However most questions revolved around the same & were repetitive. Very Old school questions and did not met with the roles responsibility . I would suggest to make this process more friendly. At Least, candidate should receive constructive feedback to improve but received the following: You have been successful throughout this process but we have closed this position!!
