The interviewer was super friendly and asked me why I wanted to work there. The interviewer then went into the details of the job....hours, training, salary, etc . I was offered the position on the phone.

It's a basic process that starts with a recruiter. Then they pass you to the specific college. You have online training to ensure you can do the hours online daily and an interview.
