Grand Times Hotel interview questions

Had one interview and then I was asked to go to the hotel for 3 hours to see how they operate and will get paid for the 3 hours if they hire me. At the end of the 3 hours, they told me they will call me the next day to get my SIN number and void cheque and to give me the schedule for starting next. A few days passed did not get called back, I left a message but I never heard from them again very unprofessional
