There were two interviews, one with HR (phone) and one with the floor manager (online). They reached out to schedule in a week of applying. They said I would hear back within 2 weeks but ghosted me

Over the phone, it was very straightforward and to the point. Talk about previous experience with children and child care. We talked about what the children's center was like and what the role looked like and what expectations were for the job.
