The interview process began with a self introduction as usual then proceeded to numerous technical questions right away. The interview was very technical overall including questions about the new standards.

HR wasn't following up issues. You have to call every time only then they will set up for interviews. Finally they said their quarter requirements are done they would consider the application for next hiring.
