Interview
The whole process took about three months from start to finish. It started with an initial phone conversation to discuss relevant experience and potential role fit. This was followed by an in person culture interview to determine whether you are a good fit for their working environment. Followed by a technical interview with an associated task

Interview
Four-stage interview process. First stage was a short online test. Second was a quick informal screening interview which helped in learning about the role, company and preperation for the third stage role fit interview. This was around an hour and in front of 2 senior members of GrantTree. They were both really nice down-to-earth people and made me feel at ease. Here was also another opportunity to learn more in depth about the role and company. Fourth and final stage was an hour informal chat/interview with the CEO which was really great - the CEO is very nice and genuinely interested to learn more about you and I felt completely at ease in our conversation.
At each stage I was shown professionalism and warmth from them which expressed how nice a place to work GrantTree is, and I got to learn a lot about the company culture by the end.
Turnaround/decision making between each stage was very quick. All-in-all the whole process took about 3 weeks. Very kind, caring and accommodating staff unlike what you would get in a lot of other companies.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of strengths based/motivational questions in the third stage formal interview, and some technical questions at the end such as: "Explain what you think the differences are between creditors and debtors".

Interview
This experience was awful. They contacted me for an interview. The person in charge of the interview postponed it 2 times. One time they didn't even remember to contact me for telling me that they were late. I have found them very unprofessional.
