A flat structure does mean that you have to work that bit harder to understand your own personal development and almost be your own mentor and actively seek support where needed.

* Fake people around the office with zero sense of professionalism. * not sure how they handle clients, but internally zero management. * will ask you to drop any moment in the the middle of the interview without giving any reason. * huge superior complex while having achieved nothing in the sector they claim to be good at. *Big on cultural only on the outside, * amateurs.
