I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Graphem Solutions in Aug 2022
Interview
After a brief phone screening interview, they sent me a ZIP file that contained PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript so that they can test my programming skills. There were instructions embedded in these files as PHP, JavaScript and HTML comments as to how they wanted it to be programmed.
They said that I had to complete the test within 4 hours and that I had to email it back to them as a ZIP file after I am done. I did the test like they wanted and followed up a week later. But after days and weeks, I did not hear back from them. They didn't even tell me if I passed or failed. They ghosted me. I find that so rude and disrespectful.

Interview
Unless you have been working as a Wordpress developer, skip this job. That is their core requirement. JD might contain other things, but it's not their primary concern for this role.

Interview
They ask me to complete 3 online assessments which include about 500 questions and it took me more than 2 hours to complete. Basically, the questions in those assessments are asking: are you an angel who cares nothing about salary and is pleased to be taken advantage of and wants to work for 10 years for us. I almost laughed when I saw those stupid and ridiculous questions. Especially considering they are offering an annual salary of $40,000 for this developer position. You can easily tell how cheap this company is and how horribly you will be treated once you start working for them.

Question 1
Do you care about the salary of a job? (What a stupid question. Do they really think people want to work for their company because they love this company which they barely know and never heard of before they saw the job post?)
