Gravity Haus interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter for my first interview. I did not have a second interview for over a month. On the day of the interview, the time of my interview changed 3 times. I showed up to my interview and no one showed. I was told we'd reschedule but then 2 weeks later I got an auto-rejection email saying they went with another candidate. Clearly, they don't respect people's time or communicate effectively. I would not want to work here.

After an initial call, I met with the manager and discussed experience, expectations, benefits, etc. After that, I shadowed a server for a shift; I did not get paid but I got fed. After that, I was hired and got to be a server immediately, without starting as a host or anything.
