Phone interview and in person interview. Turnover is high. Depending on the manager, if they like your personality they will hire you. Just be casual, answer straight forward. Don't try to be complicated, they hire idiots all the time.

I got an email saying Graybar was interested in me and after filling out a long Questionaire I was reached out to by a local manager a few days later. We met locally and had a conversation about the things I'm looking for in a career, explained the position, asked about my experience with SAP and product knowledge. Smooth conversation. I was even asked about my life outside of work.

Once the application is filled out they get back to you in about two weeks. They call you saying if you got an opportunity. The interview was very relaxed.
Pre screen phone interview, In person with panel including HR others, personality competency tests, drug screen urine, background. Offer letter received but no negotiation on any aspect. The vacation or time off is not negotiable.
