I would give 0 stars if possible. Don’t even bother applying to them. They are dishonest. I applied for a job and they sent me an email back a few days later saying they interviewed me but I don’t meet their qualifications. They never interviewed me! They never reached out to me. I never spoke to anyone at the company or to a recruiter. Dishonest and unprofessional hiring practices. Stay away from companies like these.

Pretty easy, had a recruiter reach out then had a call with the manager, took about 2 weeks to hear back so the turn around was good. One phone interview than I had a virtual interview due to my location at the time.
I applied to the position and got the interview about a week later. It was quick and easy, only had to go through one interview and heard back within two weeks.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I learned a lot more about the role, especially because it is a Union position. I appreciated that it was in-person and I felt the interviewer was genuinely interested in what I was looking to get from the role.
