      Manager Interview

      Jun 8, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Graybar in Jan 2012

      Interview

Very easy and relaxed. Met with various individuals and asked a mixture of questions regarding my experiences and a few behavior-based questions. Specifically met with 2 directors, 1 manager (peer) and the department head. Each interview lasted about or slightly over an hour. After the first two interviews (on the same day), I moved into the assessment phase where I was given a battery of personality and critical thinking assessments mostly online. One I had to take paper-and-pencil in the office. After the assessment process I was called back for two final interviews (on two different days) after which an offer was made contingent on both a background and drug screen which both went seamlessly.
