I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Graybar (Dublin, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Lengthy process in general. One month after applied online was contacted for phone interview. Phone interview was basic, mostly about background experience etc. 3 weeks after phone interview heard from hiring manager and scheduled in person interview. Interview was basic and informal. Industry experience and SAP strongly preferred, this was mentioned multiple times during the interview regardless of strong supply chain background. Hiring manager was very nice and knowledgeable about Graybar. The in person interview was a pleasant experience in general. Sent thank you, was informed they would hopefully have a decision soon. Never heard back.

Question 1
Name a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it. What did you learn?
Pretty easy, had a recruiter reach out then had a call with the manager, took about 2 weeks to hear back so the turn around was good. One phone interview than I had a virtual interview due to my location at the time.
I applied to the position and got the interview about a week later. It was quick and easy, only had to go through one interview and heard back within two weeks.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Graybar (Garden City, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I learned a lot more about the role, especially because it is a Union position. I appreciated that it was in-person and I felt the interviewer was genuinely interested in what I was looking to get from the role.
