Great Bear interview questions

It was straightforward and easy. I was asked questions relating to the job I applied for. They were friendly and made me comfortable during the whole process. The interview was in 2 stages, after which i was taken through the onboarding process. The onboarding was also in two stages as well, safety being the most important of the process

Shambolic, disorganised and so many of the questions were just the last one reworded. The interviewer wasn’t ready, it was like I had turned up unannounced. There was a really confusing Excel test, which didn’t test skills at all, just your ability to guess the correct answers. Still haven’t heard from them two weeks later. Assuming it’s a no but that is very poor and highly unprofessional underlining my initial thoughts at the interview.
