Because references must always be checked, President of the company is the ONLY one that will extend an offer of employment. This is the next step to the hire process. Also - NO ONE with this company was ever associated with The Money Store - President of this company owned - guided - and grew The Mortgage Store. TWO very different companies. Fast pace YES. Multi-Task YES - People must be able to have these abilities. Some people DO NOT. A number one question that is always asked during an interview is: Can you figure out DTI? Sad to say...some people during an interview will say a very definite YES. Then when they are given files...guess what? They cannot figure the DTI.
