HR scheduled a 30 minute behavioral phone interview with me. A week later I was invited to the Houston site for a panel interview. The panel interview started with a 30 minute technical assessment focused on one of their products (sealing systems), which was followed by meeting the panel and explaining my solution to the assessment. The remainder of the interview consisted of additional behavioral questions. A few days later I was invited to a third phone interview (behavioral) with a different HR rep. A week later I was informed that I did not get the offer.
Tips:
Be ready for repetitive questions. Have on mind multiple stories that speak for good behavior (leadership, organization, soft skills, …) and make sure you can explain the stories in detail as the interviewers will ask you follow up questions on your experiences.
