Interview process was not bad. They really look for the right kind of personality and abilities to do the job properly. Field team is great and willing to help out each other.
Interview questions do not align with actual work assignments. The interview l follows the job description and the candidate does have the opportunity to showcase her / his abilities, knowledge, and experiences. However, the interview process is timely concluded and a selection is made in a timely and acceptable manner. This is not a company that is likely to 'ghost' a prospective employee with complete silence on the ultimate outcome of the hiring process.
