Submitted resume. Phone screen. 1st round; 1 to 1 in person with recruiter, presented to team and panel. 2nd round: 1 to 1 with copywriter (partner). 1 to 1 with VP, creative director. 1 to 1 with EVP creative director. Introduction to brand team and agency departments.
