Unprofessional. Last technical interview the interviewer in California literally unable to speak English and was bit snobbish and unfriendly does not listen my answers. He also pick up his mobile phone and started to talk straight during the interview, which, I believe, not respectful towards to the candidate. I have to sit and wait quietly when he finish his conversation. And of course, time of his conversation have counted against the interview time. This is American company, hire mainly Russians (Ukrainians), but not Americans or Indians (there are less than 5% of Americans or Indians) not sure if it related to lower salary or non professional approach. To me it is a body shop with the red flag. Good company, if you want to know how was the life in USSR. Did not pass the interview, but I got the offer from FAANG company. Interesting, huh?

Three rounds of interview are connected. Technical, Non technical and Client round and Managerial round. interviews are taken by well experienced employees. I gained lot of exposure in the interview process.
