I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grimshaw & Co (Auckland, Auckland) in Sep 2019

Interview

First gatekeeper, then lawyers with bad karma. Unnecessary gate keeping stage which accomplished very little. Cursory questions for info which could be gleaned from CV. Interview with lawyers felt more like their making sure getting someone with no ambition and who would be content with no real work.
