GroundWork Renewables interview questions

There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was a 30-minute phone call with a director. The second round was an email prompt from a director. The third round was a 1-hour in person interview with the CEO, a director, and a project manager.

The interview process for myself at GroundWork Renewables was very relaxed and involved three separate interviews - one with the general manager, one with the shop floor supervisor, and one panel interview with two of the company's principal engineers. Each interview was quite relaxed and the technical questions were not too difficult to answer.
