Question 1
What do you think outsourced marketing is and why we use it?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Grow Chicago (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2022
Interview
I received an automated text message asking if I can be available for a zoom interview in the morning with less than 24 hours notice. I went through the first interview (5-10 min) where they said I needed to be near my phone around 4 pm (no excuses) to respond in regards to the next interview. I did not receive a zoom ID until the actual second interview was supposed to start via another automated message. For a company that takes pride in person-to-person interaction, it was very shocking to have to go throw a lot of automated messages.
