I applied for the position on their official website, then I got the opportunity for the phone interview meeting. After that, I got a email about they are continuing their search for a candidate that is better suited for their business needs.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked about my tech stack and previous experience, but it was very apparent that the interviewer (owner) had not reviewed my portfolio, which was disheartening.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gryphtech (Mississauga, ON) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied through their website/online. The process took a couple of weeks. First, an email setting up a phone interview which was 30 minutes with Isabel who is Manager of Customer Experience, she was very professional and straight forward about what they were looking for. Second, a formal interview at the Mississauga office. I was interviewed by Manager Customer Experience, CEO and CTO named Brent, who was extremely rude and super arrogant he just talked about himself, his needs and how busy he is 24/7 basically. However the CEO was very respectful, he talked about the growth of his company and expectations for this administrative role. Overall it was a positive experience but I would not want to work there to deal with a rude person and work for them 24/7. I have a life too.
