Guaranteed Irish interview questions

The first round interview was fine. However, some of the comments and question's in the second round were strange e.g. "Do you have any health issues I should know about" I'm pretty sure you can't ask that. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism during interviewing. The interview diary invite had the incorrect time, the job offer had someone else's name on it. After some consideration I declined.
