We have recently implemented several enhancements in our applicant tracking system, increased touch points with candidates throughout the process, added a webex interview in place of the first in-person interview scheduled immediately following a successful, abbreviated phone interview, adjusted our interview guides to avoid redundant questions, along with various other improvements.
