Firstly it was a quick interview with HR in the office, then I had an excel test to do (provide data and answer questions, mostly vlookup and pivot table), then Interview with Director with more in depth questions on my background

Self introduction with HR, why I wanted to apply to this job, what do I know about merchandising and why I am suitable.
In the first HR conducted a phone interview. Basically some general questions here.
Then the manager conducted a formal interview several days later — some questions about the resume and excel test.

Excel test: solve the problem in Excel using pivot table and functions (easy)
