Unorganised on their end. Some questions swayed on too personal, unprofessional, and 'forward' for a work environment, and I had to redirect the conversation multiple times.
Interesting staff. There seemed to be a limited understanding of risk frameworks at a senior level.
The explanation of the Financial Crimes function in particular came across as more similar to the role of a debt collector in tone and approach.
Some interesting discussion of functions of GFSC and examples, which was useful as a candidate.
Overall, decent interview. Eccentric at times though. * Ensure you lock in dates with them - they can be quite flaky - interview dates changed multiple times - Was promised a 'final final' interview - they went radio silent - then they went back on this nearly a month later. *Keep other application streams open to reduce this risk*
