Guest Houser interview questions

I had 4+1 rounds in total. At first 2 guys came in to take the interview. I was told the feedback is positive. The rest of the rounds will be telephonic. But they called up and said you’ll have to come down to the office for interview. I had another round with a senior team member. They called again for another round with the CTO. Final was on skype with HR. HR said everything is positive. I’ll get back to you. We’re busy shifting the workplace but he never called back. Why do companies waste so much of time and energy of people when they don’t want to hire.

Made me wait for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Interview scheduled at 10am, they took me in at 1:15pm and did not even apologize Very disorganized They take mobile calls in the middle and keep yapping away while the candidate is waiting for 10-15 minutes in the middle of the interview They don't even offer water or show common courtesy The chair I was sitting on was broken and I almost fell off twice
