I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Washington, DC)
Interview
Recruiter phone screen (30 min) Consisted of them basically speaking AT me rather than interacting. Felt very checklist like. Also casually mentioned this was a JD for a client contract that they had not yet won yet (felt a little disheartening to learn that on a call rather than list it explicitly on the JD). Was eventually passed on to Managing Director who was more relaxed and easy to talk to, who was confident that they were going to win the award and needed to staff quickly. 1 week later learned they indeed did not win the award and role was eliminated.
