I was contacted within a couple of weeks of applying for a simple phone interview. I was told at the end of the call that I would here about having an onsite interview soon. I didn't hear anything after a week so sent a follow-up email and was very quickly offered an onsite interview which is scheduled in two weeks.

Interview
They were very quick from me submitting my resume, to the initial phone interview, to the on site interview (all of this turnover happened in around a week and a half). The phone interview was a really quick screening process essentially, just asking about my major and my career history briefly. I have the on-site interview next week.

Phone screening was very brief. Employer was very friendly. Asked questions about why I picked my major, what my career goals were, why I applied for this position. Overall friendly conversation.
