      Marketing Interview

      I interviewed at Gymreapers

      Interview

They took over 4 weeks to interview to start. They had you meet with the CEO and the CFO asking pretty standard questions. Once offered the position, I asked one question about expectations when working and traveling with tremendous amounts of overtime, essentially if the expectation would be to be in office “butt In seat” on Monday or if they value their employees time and allow for some days off to accommodate for missed weekends, and apparently that blew up the entire foundation of time, interviews, and ultimately the offer I received. They claim to be “transparent” but a robotic rejection email, to a negation of a written offer was what I received which was wild, I tried reaching out to the HR manager with no response. Essentially this is a start up that wants you to bleed for them and sacrifice everything in the process. 60 hour weeks with no breaks sounds like their idea of a “good employee” happy to have dodged this bullet.
